The most boring evening Heather and I ever spent was at a good friend’s house. They’d invited another couple, just back from Doing Europe, who arrived with a projector and screen. He’d photographed everything from Notre Dame to the Uffizi with his wife posing in front of every monument, and he showed us every slide. There are no shortcuts with a Kodak Carousel, especially when you don’t have the remote.
I enjoyed writing these stores, so I hope you find them entertaining. At least you can skip the boring bits, and won’t need to lie about getting home for the baby sitter.

By the way, I’m not too bothered by how faded and/or unfocused some of the old photos are. They remind me how time passes.
Enjoy.
This an excellent development. Your comfortable style directly linked to your own life experiences makes for an interesting read. I especially liked the subtle, gentle humour and wry observations, especially where they connect with my common experiences.
Thank you Ken, so glad you like it.
